  2. We’ll then assign your vehicle to our ASE certified technician whom is best suited to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle’s specific problems.
  3. Our technician will then drive your vehicle to duplicate or verify your complaint.  This will help him to pinpoint the noise or problem.  He will also make note of any other potential problems or situations with the vehicle which you may or may not be aware of.
  4. Then the technician will methodically analyze and evaluate the vehicle’s problem(s).  He has the training, experience, tools and resources to repair even the most difficult problems.  He will then start our exclusive multi-point inspection process.  We look at the entire vehicle from top to bottom, bumper to bumper.  As we complete the inspection report it helps to disclose any hidden problems or overlooked factory maintenance services which may be due.
  5. At this point, we’ll locate the parts required to complete the repair.  We’ll prepare an accurate estimate of the required repairs with quality parts.  Next we’ll contact you by phone, email or fax so that we can discuss our findings directly with you.
  6. We will not begin the repair process without your Okay!  You must be comfortable with what we’re going to do and you must thoroughly understand the repair process and authorize the cost involved.  Then and only then will we begin the actual repair process.  Also to save time, we frequently have already ordered the parts.  So by the time our conversation is over and you have authorized the work, the necessary parts will be arriving!  This saves us both a ton of time.  By doing this we become 100% more efficient than others in our industry.  Now we can complete most of our repair work within one day!
  7. Now our expert technician will go to work, fixing and maintaining your vehicle…diligently working to make certain it is fixed right the first time.
  8. Once the repairs are completed the necessary tests are performed in our shop to verify (with our electronic equipment when required) the vehicle is fixed correctly.  Next our Quality Control Manager will test drive your vehicle to make absolutely certain that no other undesirable conditions exist.
  9. Finally we’ll contact you to let you know your vehicle repairs are completed and make the necessary arrangements for delivery.
